Christmas at our house started a little before 7 a.m. Samuel and Sawyer were excited to see everything under the tree. They both got lots of books, toys, and some jeans. Sailor of course wasn't very into Christmas but he did get a gift from mommy and Daddy that he loves. You can see it in the pics of him. It is a blue Elephant that vibrates and plays The Baby Elephant song. He gets very excited when he sees it and loves to chew on Ellie the Elephant. We felt very blessed as we looked at all three of our sons. Grandma and Grandpa Miller came over to watch the boys open presents, and to enjoy breakfast. Quentin made a yummy brunch casserole and it was delicious. We relaxed after we cleaned up and watched some new movies that Quentin and I got for Christmas and then in the evening, my parents came back over for a casual dinner as well as the missionaries. The missionaries used our phone to call home for Christmas and then we went caroling to the neighbors. It was so cute to hear Samuel singing the chorus of "Angels We Have Heard On High", it seriously brought tears to my eyes. We had fun, even in the cold, and I think that our neighbors appreciated the music. We went home, cleaned up more of our Christmas mess, and watched a movie together. We had much to be grateful for, as we have the knowledge of the real meaning of Christmas. We know that our Saviour came into the world under very humble circumstances, and through his life and death we can have Eternal life and be an Eternal Family. Because of this we know that we will have Emma in our arms again. We always really miss her on holidays but feel her spirit with us as we celebrate. We hope that all of you had a great Christmas.
